We offer a range of sew-in styles to suit different looks and preferences, including: * **Centre-Part Sew-In** – a classic middle-part finish. * **Side-Part Sew-In** – a stylish side-part finish. * **Versatile Sew-In** – designed to give you greater styling flexibility, including the ability to change your parting and wear your hair in different directions. * **Flip Over Sew-In** – a fuller, more natural-looking finish without a defined parting. * **Leave-Out Sew-In** – your natural hair is left out around the parting and/or hairline to blend with the extensions. * **Full Sew-In** – the natural hair is fully covered for a protective and secure finish. * **Closure Sew-In** – using a closure piece to create a defined parting and natural-looking finish. * **Frontal Sew-In** – using a frontal to create a natural-looking hairline and greater styling versatility. * **Half-Up, Half-Down Sew-In** – a versatile style combining a tied-up section with hair left down. * **Ponytail Sew-In** – extensions are incorporated to create a fuller, longer ponytail. * **Curly/Wavy Sew-In** – for clients wanting a textured, curly or wavy finish. * **Straight Sew-In** – for a sleek, straight finish. Your natural hair is carefully prepared and, where appropriate, braided to provide a secure foundation before the extensions are sewn into place. We aim to create a neat, comfortable and long-lasting finish while taking the condition of your natural hair into consideration. **Before booking:** • Hair extensions are **not included unless specifically stated** in the selected service. • Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled and prepared according to our booking requirements. • The final price depends on the sew-in style selected, hair length, thickness and amount of work required. • Please select the specific sew-in option when booking to see the applicable price and **£10 deposit**. Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with your Nottingham Braids Hair Wig Specialist, please review the following before booking: Deposit & Payment A 25–35% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment and will be applied to your total. The remaining balance is due in cash on the day. Deposits can be made via our website or in person. For Parents If booking for a child, you must attend with them. Children sometimes change styles or make choices (e.g., adding gel, hot water finish, or extra hair) that affect the final cost. We can’t be responsible for decisions made in your absence. Hair Prep If you're not booking a Hair Cleanse & Treatment (£50), please arrive with hair that is: • Clean • Fully detangled • Properly blow-dried We do not work on unclean hair. If unprepared, you may be asked to book the cleanse or your appointment may be cancelled. Guests No extra guests allowed. One parent/guardian may attend with a child receiving service. Punctuality A £20 late fee applies after 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Style Requests If your desired style isn't listed online, text 07359 569005. Allow 24–48 hours for a reply. Environment We aim for a calm, respectful atmosphere. We reserve the right to refuse service where: • Expectations are unclear • Communication is difficult • Behaviour is disruptive Deposits will be forfeited in such cases. Cancellations / No-Shows No-call, no-show appointments will result in a charge and loss of your deposit. Client Service & Pricing Policy We value professionalism, transparency, & high standards. Pricing & Consultation Prices are explained during consultation and confirmed before payment. They reflect the skill, time, and materials involved. Discounted rates are offered at our discretion. No negotiations after service. Custom Work Specialised work (e.g. closures, frontals, wig replacements) requires care and expertise. Synthetic hair has limits and cannot be styled like human hair. Styling (e.g. tonging/curling) is not included unless paid for separately. Concerns & Complaints Service issues must be raised within 48 hours of collection. Once explained, we won’t re-engage in ongoing discussion. Respect We do not tolerate rudeness or abuse. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who compromises our team's wellbeing.
